Although many appraisers prepare residential appraisals, we strive to provide a more detailed analysis with a quicker turn around time than our competition. We utilize the most cutting edge technology to create our 100% digital appraisal reports. These reports can be delivered in a variety of methods, which reduces our overall turn around time, providing our clients with the timeliest appraisal possible.

We prepare all of the major residential reports that are demanded by secondary market lenders. Our pride is shown through the detail included in each of the reports. Although typically not required by our clients, our reports include both exterior and interior photographs of the subject property, photographs of all the comparables utilized in the sales comparison approach and a detailed description of both the subject property and the comparables utilized. All major adjustments applied to the comparables are discussed and for atypical properties, up to six comparables will be included within the appraisal. We attempt to address all concerns that a reviewer may have before the appraisal leaves our office. In the event we may not fully address an issue, all requests for additional information are considered a priority and are dealt with immediately.
